Three ways to build
Teach it whichever way is easiest for you.
All three end up in the same place: an automation saved in your library, ready to run on its own. And you can mix them: record, fine-tune with blocks and ask the AI for what is missing.
You describe it, the AI builds it in front of you.
It opens the website in a real Chrome browser and does each step while you watch. You can interrupt, pause, take over the browser, point at an element on screen or ask for a fix. Once it is ready, the automation goes to your library and runs without AI.

In the visual editor, every action is a block: open a website, click, read a spreadsheet, decide, repeat, move a file, send an email. You connect the blocks, fine-tune each one and see the whole flow at once.
Show it by doing, it learns.
Turn on the recorder and work on the website as usual. Every click and every field you fill in becomes a step. Passwords become protected fields and are never recorded. At the end, see it all in the visual editor or ask the AI for changes.

Triggers
Choose when each automation starts.
A set time, a new email, a new row in a spreadsheet on your computer or on Google, a new file in a folder. Each automation can have more than one trigger, and you switch each one on and off whenever you like.
On duty mode
Leave it on duty and get on with your day.
On duty, Cowork takes care of the work queue: it runs each automation when its trigger fires, one at a time, and shows what has been done today. Automations run while the computer is on.

Your data
Your data stays with you.
When it runs, everything happens on your computer. The data from your tasks does not go through our servers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the task to the AI, build it with blocks or record yourself doing it. People who code can go further with the visual editor and the skills for their AI.
Does the computer need to stay on?
Yes. Cowork works on your computer: automations with triggers run while it is on and Cowork is open in On duty mode. If you need an automation to run off your computer, ask for it to run on the BotHub cloud, subject to approval.
Does the AI cost anything?
Building and adjusting automations with the AI uses your AI credit, which you buy in packs, in Brazilian reais. Running a ready automation uses no credit. The free trial comes with a welcome credit.
Does my task data go to BotHub's servers?
Not when it runs: everything happens on your computer. BotHub receives what your account needs to work, such as your login, your plan and the run count, plus the backup of your automations. While you build with the AI, what it needs to see on the page goes to the AI provider, without your passwords.
Does it work on Mac or Linux?
BotHub Cowork is for Windows 10 and 11. If you use Mac or Linux, BotHub Cloud works on our cloud and you follow everything in your browser.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel in the app itself, under My account. Your automations stay on your computer, within the limits of the Free plan.
